Service is terrible, not at the store just on the phone on the 800 number I have been waiting for them to fix my brand new fence and the never send anybody and is been already 4 weeks. I was very unsatisfied after the rain the wood shrunk and looks like mold. Very cheap material.

I go to Lowe's because they have great selection of the things I need and the people are great at helping me when I ask for help in finding what certain items also I can go in and out without having to spend a lot of time in line to cash out and get back home to finish up my projects.

Yesterday, I went to check if I would get my water heater changed. Always great to fill out the warranty and mail it back. Since, the store does not have the brand I would have to go where I bought. Service was awesome the staff helped me get the water heater down and place back in my vehicle. Greatly appreciate their help. Staff treated me well. Thank you so much.

30 minutes on hold! Just wanted to verify status of a delivery. They picked up then transferred (very quickly) without a " please wait" or " I will transfer to the correct dept". Worst customer service!!!

Because of work I always go there but last night (11/27/23) was the worst costumer service ever!, I asked for help to two workers and ended up asking for the manager help all this took me an hour literally just waiting for help, I left with nothing because they could not help me... poor customer service because of poor training skills . :/

So my son he forgot a tool at Lowe’s and this lady that was working here was being rude we asked if we left anything here and she said no that she has been here all day and she didn’t see any thing so I went to customer service mad and this girl that was helping me she was really nice and she helped look for it and she was amazing.

I was looking for a Firestick for my TV. According to website, showed they had a specific model for $19.99. I ask a young lady and she said they are in a cage. She pointed me in the direction. There were two but not what was on the website. Another lady directed me to the same place, to no avail. Rechecked the website went to the isle where they are supposed to be and to no surprise there was no sign of Firestick. From now on I will never depend on the Lowe's websites. I went to Home Depot and they had them in the isle where they were supposed to be and at the same price. Lowe's you might want to check your cameras who pick pocket those four Firesticks.

Horrible customer service! Purchased a Lg top loader washer and dryer on September 7th (with delivery and installation) with the promise day of delivery for September 19th. Received multiple precall delivery alerts, but no deliveries. So I called customer support at the store to be transfered, hangup on, no answer, and was finally told after multiple calls throughout the day that they had no idea was going on with my purchase. Finally I got incontact with a manager to be told the items were apparently special ordered and would be delayed till October 11 (was told the items were instock at the time of purchase), but the store will try and send something earlier in possible to please call again tomorrow for a updated status. Called again and was told the set day was now October 2,2023 and was insured the delivery and installation would be completed without issues. Upon deliverey I was notified that the hardware (hoses, dryer plug, and dryer vent) wasn't included. After providing a receipt to the delivery driver comes to find out they forgot to schedule and ship the hardware. Again called consumer service in the store location (pharr, tx) and was told by the employee that in was a 3 party delivery mistake, that I would have to continue waiting till the 6th of October or can personally go pick up the forgotten hardware and install it myself without a refund. unprofessional and unsupportive. Worst customer service experience.
