Worst bank ever. Talk about being unprofessional. Everyone I talked to for help did not. They don't care if you want to be a customer or not. Even customer service is not service at all. They did not find a solution to my problem.

I.B.C bank?Terrible service by the employee "Sandra Castellanos" today tue dec 07 2021 in the drive thru she is very rude with no reason since the beginning she treat me always with very bad mode very rude she also refuse to help me with my deposit balance unbelievable also i heard her treat the same way the other lady next to me,she us is piece of trash we do not want her in any bank any more she needs a Psychologist appointment and psychiatrist medication because when you treat bad others with no reason that's the only answer she doesn't like her job she doesn't want to work with costumers she needs a man who really loves her make her happy or she need to go to hell!

Im standing in line 5 tellers and only helping one customer i don't get it what are the others waiting for very bad customer service. The welcome wagon right on and the good bye all good but customer want in an out fast employees talking about there day and not to mention no disinfecting going on here i could see all the dust on the counter.

Amazing customer service from the staff. Ladies in desks are very polite and attentive as well as tellers. These reviews are inaccurate. Tabitha you need glasses, it clearly says 6. Martha there are policies that have to be followed. Albert is right, tellers are super busy and are overloaded with work definitely need more staff. Apparently ghost’s money disappeared along with his name and last as well as least Nancy don’t judge the workers for having what you don’t, youth. Anyways amazing service!
