I recently came in from southern California. I went through some deep water the other day and started to have issues with my power steering. The power steering sensor on my Lexus is underneath the chassis. The power steering stopped working intermittently and was extremely hard to turn the wheel. It is an electronic power steering system. I made an appointment with Firestone. I always considered them a very good and respected business across the country. It was easy to make the appointment on-line. I had my AAA tow it to Firestone and told them what happened and that I would also need an inspection. I talked to the store manager, Jonathan Campos. He said he would check it out for me. Later that evening, Jonathan said he dried out the sensor that did have some moisture on it. He said it was working now but would like to keep it and retest it in the morning to make sure it was not going to cause me any future problems. The next morning he called and said he did further tests and the power steering system was fine. He said it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, Jonathan told me it seemed to be the moist sensor. He also inspected the vehicle. He could of charged me for new parts and systems that could have cost thousands. I never met a mechanic that honest. He only charged me for the drying out of the sensor and vehicle inspection. Great guy, great service. I know where I'll be taking my car for services in this area. I'm afraid in California I probably would have been nickel and dimed, Thanks Jonathan and Firestone!

I walked in and waited about 7 minutes until I finally decided to go somewhere else. I only waited so long because of all of the good reviews. I went to a competitors location & was helped immediately.

The service was amazing, the staff was great, and my car got the treatment of it's life! They did a thorough inspection, cleaned up my engine, got rid of the rust on my tires, and changed my oil for a cheaper price than what I would originally be charged. The staff treated me great and made sure my car was ready for my long trip to college. I'm definitely recommending this place to everyone I know.

If I could give this place zero I would. You may as well take your car to whatever dealership you got it from for service, because you won't save money taking it here. They ALWAYS seem to find something wrong other than what you brought it in for. I won't be back.
