I visited my sister there for a week in November 2023. I was impressed by how it smells! There were no smelly areas in hopeless! I was met by a very nice beautiful lady at the front desk and all the nurses, CNA's and staff really seemed to take care of my sisterand everyone was very kind to me!Thank you for all your help.

My parent was a respite stay for 3 days. I provided them with all her meds, diagnosis and list of emergency contacts. They never gave my parent their meds including insulin throughout her stay. I had a nurse rush me to sign a list of those meds which I thought was odd come to find out from my parent and reviewing the camera footage they never gave those very important meds. They had me sign to lie and cover their rears to protect themselves. The nurses appeared lost and disorganized although they were kind upon meeting them. If you chose to use them for respite care you need to be on them. You also need to be sure to tell them to bathe your loved one. My parent was never given a bath or even a sponge bath while there. They never told me you had to give them permission. Don't assume like i did that it's included (why wouldn't it be rt?). You'd think they'd at least contact you after day two to ask "hey we'd like to give your parent a bath and noticed the line for consent was blank." It's just common human decency. She was filthy when I picked her up and wearing the same pajamas they changed her into after the first night. The facility is newly renovated and is warm and inviting but the care at least with my elderly parent was neglectful and unlawful in respect to her meds. They also contacted me that they had evaluated my parent for physical therapy and were going to set up her schedule for treatment. I had to inform the therapist my parent was a 3 day respite care stay. Why that wasn't in her chart beats me. I'd hate to think of the condition she would have been in had we stayed away from home any longer than the 3 days.

Had my loved one at the facility and I was blown away by the attention and love they gave my grandmother. They made her feel like she was at home. I've never felt so at ease anywhere else. I loved the care they gave her. It touched my heart. I will forever be grateful to the whole company. When I had questions they went out of there way to answer me and made sure I was completely satisfied with there answers. This is truly a great company/family.THANK YOU COLONIAL MANOR ❤️

The staff were extremely helpful and so very nice. The nurse Lorena, the Activity Director, and the CNA Maria Elena. All were wonderful people. There were plenty of activities for them to do and staff always made sure to check on the patients. Colonial Manor is a great facility and such kind staff deserving of 5 stars!

They take a long time to open the front door. There was no receptionist this Sunday morning to open the door and the nurse who opened the door for me took almost 30 minutes. Nobody answered my phone calls and nobody heard the door bell. How does this nursing home expect families to visit their family members when there is nobody to answer phone call or open the door.

Went to visit my sister who Is currently staying there after her surgery. Loved that this facility IA extremely clean dor being authentic a big place. Every where you walked thru, the place smelled clean. And the staff was super nice & friendly . Also I noticed that the patient's rooms were nice sized rooms. The dining room area can easily fit 80-100ppl. They have a rec room, exercise room, and beauty salon area.

I was in this facility recently for almost 3 months recovering from bone injuries in a car accident. This place is understaffed...CNAs don't respond to the call button in a reasonable time..many times they left me in a dirty briefs for more than 2 hours. There is so much discontent by the CNA staff over the lack of staff that you can feel the frustration and see the lack of attention to the residents. CNAs were walking out and quitting continuously...and even the new ones would quit within weeks of employment. The food was atrocious...many times not warm...unrecognizable..as if the kitchen decided to cook the same food they grew up with.no salt and pepper...how about a bowl of spaghetti noodles with ground beef and potatoes in a fat laden broth????The only positive thing was the rehab..and the physical therapists and the occupational therapist...they were very professional. As for activities for the residents...the calender had events listed that never happened...and the most activity provided was the activity director bringing junk food around..cookies, ice cream etc-to the residents....I felt sorry for the fulltime residents. As for the Nursing staff...they seemed to not lend much of a hand to the rest of the staff...in fact, they seemed to enjoy having more free time even when chaos was happening. .

Can never get through to the nurses by phone. Don't even give accurate information on our family member. Then they try to find the answer to your question and never return. Patients are screaming for help and the nurses are just standing in the hallway. If you try to make a report they just act like it's nothing important. Like it's just another complaint. They should hire staff who actually want to work there. Someone should investigate this place.

Gave a one star because I had no choice. Terrible service, waited 20 minutes outside for someone to finally open the front. My mother is very unhappy no one goes to her aide in a timely manner. Food is horrible, the other night they served spicy mole for dinner and the next day everyone had the runs. They do not follow a proper diet plan for the sensitive elderly

Colonial manor rehab center has the worst service ever. They contacted our family an hour after our loved one was already at the ER and our family had no idea what was going on as they wouldn’t answer our calls or left us on hold for two hours. When they finally answer, they also just hang up. Tried calling them for more than two hours and we couldn’t get any information regarding our loved one. We will never send a loved one here again or recommend this place to anyone. If I could, I’d give them 0 stars.

Every time anyone tried to call for information regarding our loved one , it was an ordeal. They don’t answer the phone for long periods of time. Then to make things worse, they sent our loved one to the ER WITHOUT Notification to the person on the call list . We are so disappointed with their service.

Worst place ever. We have been calling for over two hours and no one there answers the phone. It’s really disappointing to know you can’t get a hold of anyone concerning your loved one and it’s even more disappointing when they transfer them to a hospital and don’t bother to call family members. Ridiculous. Oh and they leave your loved one bare foot and in a thin gown when he has pneumonia?! How does that make sense to you?
