Second time I come to change a battery and they give me the run around, about warranty. Last time I buy from autozone in general.. walmart and O'Reillys have been better about there warranty and switching them out

First they wouldn't answer the phone , that is all the times I call . then I drive to the store there's nobody in the counter customers don't understand why they wouldn't answer the phone , I walked in I asked if they were busy why they wouldn't answer the phone. then I asked if they did price matching he said yes so I asked for a gas cap they did have it for $ 16 99 I told the counterman that O'Reilly's and Advance Auto Parts had the price on the cap for 799 he calls those places finds out that I was right he turns around and tells the manager I guess comes back tells me that they cannot match the price best price was 1499 so I just walked out , this wasn't Las Milpas Pharr Texas so I drove to Hidalgo bought one for 799 plus tax that's how you lose a customer thank you to whom it may concern
