Very helpful and knowledgeable ppl, they try their best to make sure you leave happy, the only thing i wish was different is that when you ask for the price of a part they would tell u all the options available based on value of parts they used to do this back in the day and now they always only quote u the most expensive part not letting you know there's cheaper one , of course cheaper quality but not everyone can buy the most expensive and higher quality parts

Ehh their service is ok, the only thing is when I went to this location I asked for a battery check, according to their device and the receipt the device printed , it showed that my battery was ‘Good’ the starter was ‘Good’ & the power was ‘Good’…. I was about to spend money thinking it wasn’t the battery according to their device check , on someone to check my vehicles wiring… luckily I decided to let O’Reilys give the battery a check with their device and it marked it right away as ‘Bad’… I didn’t know whose device to believe at this point but I decided to buy a new battery from O’Reilys, annnd O’Reilys device was the winner, saved me from taking it to the mechanic and spending who knows how much on labor and whatever they would have told me the problem was… now I don’t blame Autozone but I think their device may be malfunctioning…. but either way I trust O’Reilys from now on…
