Everything for the sale was great! Did it all over the phone. The process was easy and and my sales rep was professional. Ordered my living room set in January and was just recently set up for delivery on April 23rd. I understand shortage and slowness of inventory due to covid, however we were given a delivery date and time that the driver did not uphold!! The driver told me to call the store, that they cancelled the delivery. I never recieved a call, text, or email to that fact. I called the store 10 times, and only spoke to a salesperson twice to tell them my situation. I asked for management and was told, "they won't take phone calls"! My sales rep was on vacation, but she attempted to get answers. I called the warehouse, their Di-com call center 4 times and still no phone call from the store or anyone telling me, my order would not be delivered!! This has been the worst buying experience ever from anything ever!! I am a finance manager and always take calls and or return them. My reputation is my bond and this store wouldn't connect me to a manager, that is unsure. I still don't know where my living room set is!!!

Rosie helped us out to pick our bedroom set and our dinning table. She was extremely helpful and patient even when the system went down for several hours. She helped us and I’m glad she did.

Got all my furniture on time, less than a month long wait. Was exactly what I expected and the salesman was extremely welcoming and friendly. They were quick and was in and out in no time.

Never purchasing anything from Ashley’s, I’ve been given nothing but set back dates and excuses. My delivery was confirmed and on its way having to take time off of work over and over to make sure I’m home , no one had called me to say delivery dates had been changed and now that it was on its way again I get a call saying never mind tomorrow. And still nothing .I’ve called and called and no one picks up and the one person who finally answered put me on hold and then hung up on me .So if you’re looking to buy something I suggest you go some place else and not waist your time and money like I have!

This was our first time visiting Ashley Homestore and we went away very happy and satisfied. Why? The kindness and helpfulness of the staff was over the top plus the variety and style of the furniture available was fantastic! There was also a clearance section that we took advantage of during our visit. It was amazing to have a knowledgeable staff patiently help us in the mattress section and another in the rest of the store. Overall, my wife and I give it a 5 star ??

Worst furniture company EVER! I made my purchase in November and I still don't have a decent living room set in my home. I was delivered one on January and it was damaged. Given the fact that I didn't have anywhere to sit, I accepted to keep the damaged product while a replacement was delivered. My order was scheduled on March 31 and no one showed up during the scheduled time frame. Again, my order was rescheduled for delivery a week later and no one showed up! No courtesy call to cancel or explain a given situation happening at all. My advice to future customers is to KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! No piece of furniture is worth the stress you will endure. Oh, and their "100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back" policy is bogus. All online policies apply only to ashley.com purchases. The actual stores don't go by the same policies. I had to learn this the hard way.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted. Employees were more than happy to offer me and my wife assistance making our experience especially easier. After months of trying to find the perfect sectional the sales associate that helped us made our choice feel like the right one. She was very knowledgeable and a complete professional. Thank you for a great and easy shopping experience.

Had a great experience at this store. I was given the space I needed to walk around and browse the items without anyone being too pushy or overbearing which always seems to be a bit of a problem when shopping for furniture in my opinion. When I was ready John, our salesperson, was quick to help and was knowledgeable in the products. It was a really easy process and pretty quick once we decided on what we were looking for. John was upfront about the pricing and came up with the numbers and totals very promptly. It was a refreshing experience and will be going back for further purchases.

Honestly this was the best Customer service I’ve ever had in my life, Janelle was AMAZING!! I didn’t feel anything but excited and she helped us at every single turn! I definitely recommend this store for your furniture needs! They work with you and help you with every step! Incredible! This was my first time coming to this store and I’ll definitely be back because of her!

When you're buying your furniture they don't tell you that items being on "back order" means you could be waiting months before you receive your items. Each time I called to check the status of this back order they kept pushing the date further back. Today was the final straw. They had last promised me a March delivery and I just got off the phone with them today and they said the item wouldn't be ready until May. I've been waiting since November! I asked for a refund.

Going into Ashley Furniture without any precedence I wasn’t expecting much, to be honest. But once we entered those doors. My experience became an amazing one. We were welcomed right at the door. A salesman Jacob Castillo, who was a recent hire, was readily available to inform us of promotions and an aesthetic of furniture that fit my needs. He may have been a new hire but his bedside manner and professionalism was top notch. He was very present, patient and most of all...helpful. Even the temperpedic specialist was amazing. I knew more about mattresses than I did before walking in that door. Also, it was a huge plus that the manager, which he did not have to, came to check on us even though we were in good hands. It was a great experience! Not to mention the beautiful array of furniture. They have everything for literally EVERYONE. I’m a first time home buyer so coming in I was stressed and nervous looking to furnish my new home. But Ashley’s Furniture made me feel at ease and ready to move in. I left with a new bedroom, dining, AND living room set at a great deal ! I would recommend them to everyone. Go here when shopping for furniture. You won’t regret it. :)

Iv gone but never bought anything, this is my first time so I’m hopping this experience is up to there expectation in the Quality of furniture I just purchased.I was talking to a young guy , helped for a bit then handed me off to an older gentleman because he supposedly “ had paperwork he had to take care of “ a few minutes later that young guy was back in the middle of the store speaking to other sales reps that was a short paperwork I’ve ever seen, anyways , the older gentlemen was very nice , took his time explaining things and sure enough I bought my first peace of furniture.

I went in looking for a particular item, I showed the sales rep a photo of it and he showed me the item on the sales floor. It was priced a lot higher in store than it was online so the salesman price matched the item for me. Overall had a great experience. Was in and out in no more than 10-15 min.
