Walked in as a new customer and was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. This is walking in at 10:30am on a Saturday with only one other customer in salon.
That to me felt very unwelcoming and not the customer service I was expecting.

Ms. Yen did good at giving me the simple style nails. The shape and style came out great. It wasn’t super expensive for it either. I would totally recommend. ☺️

I had a pedi yesterday. Worst pedi I have ever received plus Yen, the lady giving me the pedi cut my big toe on my right foot! I didn't realize how really bad the pedi was till I got home. If I had known it was this bad, I would have not tipped for sure! I'll never go back! Only giving one star because you have to give some kind of rating
