I absolutely love this place!! Customer service from Ashley and Blake a while ago was so wonderful and that keeps me coming back! I've been back a few times and hadn't seen either of them, but when I went back yesterday Ashley was there and came running out to give me a huge hug!! Something I really needed and it really made my whole day!! I will never go to a different vape shop ever again!!!

Highly personable, even though they were out of stock of my regular juice, staff made great recommendations for other flavors. Their ability to mix house juice is amazing and I opted for that.

All I have to say is wow! We went in to Cloudhouse because I have been a regular smoker for 12 years, and I wanted to quit and get my own vape so I can ween off the cigs. We were helped by Joly, who is literally the sweetest human ever! She was super knowledgeable and helpful, and I really felt like she cared about us and our business. She knew answers in DEPTH to all my questions and was super happy to help. I ended up getting the same setup that she has, and it is exactly what I want in a vape. Smooth and quiet. :) she also taught me while she was mixing up 4 of their in-house made vape juices (which are amazing btw!). I can’t recommend this place enough. Support local businesses and go to this place, you won’t regret it!!!
