I dont know how the other staffs do their jobs?But for me the pretty girl Daradesia Oliver Gonzales made my day, she skipped her lunch to help me carefully and kindly. IF the manager sees my review, pls gives her a big raise cause she deserves it. Thanks again

If I could give this criminal institution a zero I would. Horrendous customer service, not to mention they randomly suspend or block people's online access and then hold your money hostage. Then have you jump thru a million hoops in order to reinstate online access. So much for getting bailed out at the expense of the taxpayers, the least they could do is give you a decent customer service. Crooks and criminals!

Worse service ever in this location. I took my brother to open a account but the lady who took care of us was really rude (afro american) we provided a foreign id and she said she can't take it bc she didn't understand the language,I told her that i was there to translate but she was kind of ignoring me all the time. I have been a loyal customer of the institution and this is the first time I felt discrimination from a place where you want to bring more customers . If I could give zero stars I will do it..0000

Bank of America in Pflugerville and Round Rock TX are terrible. They have closed their lobbies on the weekends because they say everything is going digitally but everytime I come to these banks during the week there are lines out the doors, so you would think they would notice not everything can be handled digitally. Their customers work day jobs to so trying to get to the bank on their lunch time is impossible as there is always a long long line of people out the door. I don't recommend BOA. Go to a different bank thar cares about their customers.

My experience at this branch was very positive, from a smiling gentlemen greeting me at the door, to Arlene for setting everything up and explaining everything clearly, to the bank teller. When I was there around 11:30 am there were at least 3 tellers available. I wish the bank hours were longer.

Bad Experience today with a employee at this location. Had an appointment to fix an issue with my over 20 years old account. Lady didn't even greet me. Went straight to behave like I'm bothering her. Only time i have ever gone to the bank for issues. Wasn't expecting this kind of customer service.

I got discriminated by my skin color.I walked with my wife to deposit my check and now I found out they put a hold on my check because I am not white. That’s exactly what customer service made me feel when I called them. We need to verify the funds. And I have deposited the same checks over and over in mobile deposit !!!So if you are NOT white Don’t walk in there!!!

I’d do 1/2 star but it’s not an option. Teller lane is permanently CLOSED. One teller working in the whole bank. 3/5 officers doing NOTHING. Customer service hasn’t been a priority for them in a very long time.

Worst branch of Bank of America. I am so mad this is the closet branch to me. Always slow, no more drive up lines, ATM NEVER works properly. I need to switch banks asap.

Called them at least 10x times today throughout different times and only once did they answer but they immediately hung up. I work for another financial institution and was calling to speak to Arlene as a courtesy to one of THEIR clients but I guess I care more about helping their customers than they do. Just awful.

Worst bank to deal with in Pflugerville. They only have one teller working all the time . They do not care about their customers and their convenience. Their drive thru is permanently closed . The supervisor ( used to be a teller) would not help other teller with the big line . He was just sitting in a chair doing nothing. He is not concerned about customers being mad and upset in line. Please do not open you business account if you are looking for your convenient.

ATM lines and lobby lines are pretty long. They seem understaffed. Only one person was behind the counter to help people, on person to greet and set up appointments, and one manager. They were pretty nice and doing the best they could. If you go to this branch, be prepared to wait.
