Started out great but 3 months later I'm still without a vehicle. No communication at all. I've had to contact them every week to find out the status of my vehicle. After 3 months of being fed up I contacted the dealer to trade it in and they said if they did that it would be 2 more weeks just to get the insurance to pay and release. Currently at the dealership waiting on an Uber. Three months out of pocket finding rides and losing work. DO NOT COME TO THIS BUSINESS. THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU.

Repairs were great. Communication is not so great. Also, charge you 3% if you are paying with a credit. That is something you think they would communicate to customers prior to you picking up your vehicle

The check-in process was seamless, and Noe Lopez, my service advisor made sure I was kept informed about the progress of my vehicle's repair every step of the way. His clear explanations of the necessary repairs put me at ease, and his dedication to ensuring the final result met his high standards was impressive. Noe went above and beyond by advocating for my tight deadline and effectively communicating with the insurance company to provide updates on the repair process. I'm truly grateful for his exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I will start off with, I haven't had to have car repair in a decade or more. Things have changed, I was a bit disappointed that it took nearly 4 weeks to repair a small dent to the passenger door and replace the sideview mirror. I was told it was because Acura sent the wrong parts multiple times. Obviously Acura doesn't incur any penalty for this but my insurance company gets stuck paying a rental bill for nearly 28 days which then gets passed on to me in my bill (seems like that needs to get fixed). It makes no sense. Also it was a small dent and a broken mirror, the car was drivable I would have preferred to keep the over all cost of the repair down and driven my car until the parts came in (the right parts). Apparently this isn't how its done any more. They disassembled the door and mirror just to do the appraisal which oddly enough resulted in full replacement of both. Which again I could have driven with the old one until the parts were in and driven a rental for a week at most. The whole thing makes no sense to me but at the end of the day I am reviewing how the car looked at the end of the process and taking them on their word that Acura was to blame for the length of time. The staff was friendly, even through my frustration, and the car looks great. It was just a really long time.

Like new! Absolutely top notch service and body work. This was my first experience with Classic Collission, and I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish the communication was clear and detailed. My car was even done 5 days earlier than originally stated. April, went above and beyond my expectations and if we ever need a collision repair company, this is where we will go. With 3 teen drivers, we need these guys in our corner. Special thanks to the ladies at the front. Great team.

I recently had repairs done on my Cadillac from an accident I was involved in (wasn’t my fault had to say it ) at first I was hesitant to leave it there. Being it was the first place I took it too I wanted to get another quote else where as well. But the insurance adjuster (Noe L.) my me feel comfortable and insured I was good with it being there. I was updated through text with the quote and damage fees, parts, labor…etc. Also through the link (text) it gave me an update with an expected finish date. I never had to call or check where I was on status cause they made it so easy. Even got a text saying half way completed. I could keep going on about how good they were I got it back like 2 weeks early from the finish date. I would definitely recommend them to whoever needs work done.Awesome job to everyone involved!!

So this review and based on the final result, I went from extremely frustrated to extremely satisfied.First off, the general manager George is an amazing human being, truly cares about people, and makes sure people get the right information needed about what's going on with their vehicle in order to plan accordingly. He personally made sure that after my first go around with the project manager that he would be taking over and contacting me directly. True to his word, every time there was an update, not only did I receive the standard text message you receive but he personally called me with an update.The front office people were extremely friendly and the porter is one of the nicest people as well.I would definitely recommend that you give them a shot. After all was said and done, the work they did was fantastic. I couldn't be happier with how the truck came out.

Terrible folks there, Noe couldn't even locate my file. I'll never use them much less recomend for hail or damage repair. They took forever the first time and now has to go back in. Previous employees have changed but these folks are just as bad. I would never recommend them.

Great experience from walking in the door. They explained the whole process, it did take several days for a estimate of repair and turnaround, but after that they gave regular updates via text and phone, encouraged me to contact back (I didn't answer as I was busy in my own office) if I had concerns, when I contacted the office they answered promptly and gave me the info I needed and not a run around. They even got my car back to me a few days earlier than the original estimate! Would highly recommend! Great crew!
