Very nice hacienda, very clean, large parking lots, clean green areas, clean bathrooms, well lit, we spent a very happy night in the company of friends, I would go again ? recommended for your events 100%

Completely disappointed and let down by the owner / Event Coordinator Abel Alaniz.My husband and I have been waiting for years to have our wedding and when we came across Abel and his Hacienda we fell in love with the venue and all the promises and expectations that Abel set for us. He made us believe that he was capable handling this type of event. But, unfortunately our event was nothing but disappointment and stress.To begin with our wedding was a cold and rainy day and for that I understand was no one’s control. But, we spoke to Abel about preparations for the weather we spoke about canopies with walls that ended up failing to keep water out, filling the floors with puddles of water having our guest with wet feet and ladies dresses soaked of water. We also spoke about heaters that we’re off for a long period of time. According to the owner they didn’t know how to install them and once they figured out how to use them they didn’t have gas to turn them on. So while the owner leaves to get gas tanks I have guest sitting in the cold shivering. It was saddening as the bride to see my grandparents and little kids in the cold. The organization was horrible the event felt so chaotic the DJ we spend a lot of money on wasn’t even the DJ we were promised which was supposed to be DJ Haze , we got a completely different DJ that charges significantly less than what we paid for. We were promised a screen for our wedding day slideshow, a show Carnival with dancers, a Photo Booth, Mr&Mrs letters, Sparklers and none of that was there that evening. The most frustrating part was that when I went up to ask the DJ about all the things that were missing he had no idea what I was talking about he was just as lost and confused as we were. I had sent in a list of songs and genres that we wanted played throughout the night the DJ never received the list from Abel they didn’t have our first dance song we waited 5 minutes to download. Before we can start our first dance. Another thing We had paid for servers to cut and serve our wedding cake. We noticed the server’s were picking up and leaving right after dinner. My mother in law went over and asked them to serve the cake. They were completely lost and weren’t aware that they were supposed to do that. They weren’t prepared for that whatsoever thankfully we had plates , forks and a knife to serve the cake if not the cake wouldn’t have been passed out. Overall I don’t recommend this venue to anyone. You’ll be felt looking back at your day that you spend so much time planning with disappointment and sadness. I had another venue in mind I would have paid the difference if I had known that Abel wasn’t going to be able to deliver his promises.
