We brought a love seat at airlawn furniture store in Pecos Texas we have owned it for 6 months and it is breaking down given we don't live in Texas we thought the customer service would be wherever we were living but not so being that the product was a Ashley love seat we thought the warranty would be good anywhere BUT not so
They offered to fix it only if brought back to Texas
Buyers beware we are going to file a complaint with the BBB bureau

I highly recommend Airlawn Furniture. Kane’s customer service is top notch! I sent a chat last week and he responded with a personal phone call on a Sunday! I came in today and purchased furniture for a couple of rooms. Will definitely return here in the future.

Purchased a refrigerator from them. Compared prices from other vendors and price was spot on. Worked with Kane Dominguez with the purchase and setting up the delivery. Young man took great care of me and made the process easy. Showed up as expected and the crew did a great job in a timely manner. Great experience every time I shop here. Even when I'm just browsing the customer service is excellent. The sales rep. my husband and I have run into the last several visits, Kane, was very knowledgeable and informative about the products we showed interest in.Also now that the expansion store is open they have even more to shop for!
