I started pilates in April and it has been a very good experience for me. I feel like I am getting stronger and areas where I was constantly experiencing pain are feeling better. I've been to various classes with different instructors and each person has their own unique way of making each class a great workout.

I had an amazing experience at Pilates Powerhouse. Pilates in a gorgeous setting away from the hustle and bustle? I'm in! The facilities are really clean and organized. The wellness options were a bonus. I also love supporting women business owners.

I really enjoyed myself. The space is really nice and welcoming. This was my first time taking a Pilates class and Ali took her time and explained everything really well. She was really awesome and I will definitely be returning.
