The manager, Yolanda, is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. She is very helpful and customer focused.

Cashier sitting outside smoking and messing with his phone. Didn’t seem to care there were customers. Waited inside a while but again he didn’t care to put his smoke out or even look up from his phone screen. Buc-ees is the best option from now on!!

Lazy old man just sat on the chair and was so mean wheb i came at 8pm today 5.21.23 asking to help on the apps. He came outside and yelled at the customer.
