Please have a talk with your staff. You shouldn’t have a sign that says you’re open and still have the doors locked. It’s 20 minutes passed and they still locked. People have jobs, school and more and that’s why we try to get here n get out.

I am rating this location 2 stars because it severely lacks leg equipment. They only have one leg extension machine, while other locations have 4-5. This leads to people hovering and watching, which is very uncomfortable and shouldn't be the case! I always struggle to complete a leg workout due to the limited equipment. Additionally, the recent increase in the monthly fee due to inflation makes this even more frustrating. The fees should be used to invest in new equipment, but that clearly isn't happening. This is ridiculous and extremely disappointing.

Like others have mentioned, this place is dirty most of the time, especially the locker rooms. I mistakenly spilled a little water from my water bottle on the locker room floor the other week and before I cleaned it up, the guy next to me said "at least we know there's some clean water on the floor."
Luckily, I have a membership at another local gym, and only use this one when I want to swim. I can't imagine the pool is cleaned the way it should be given the rest of the gym, but it's the only one remotely close to me. A full-time cleaning crew would be beneficial.

I love 24 hour fitness and I used to come workout in the mornings. since my work schedule changed. I been coming at over night. The young white lady was disrespectful towards me when I try to buy a drink. She looked at me dumb and say "why do you need a drink for!!!!! "in a rude way. While she rolling her eyes. Then continue talk to a young black man with a low haircut and he had a Super big basketball in his hand. He was also behind the desk talking to her listening to her being rude to me. I don't even talk to her at all and she always be disrespectful towards me. I have a few me events when she treated me rudely. I don't know what's her problem but she needs to get her act together because this an everyday thing with her.

Gym is unsanitary, staff play on their phones and talk to each other rather than guests, gym goers have no respect for each other or the equipment. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the hours are nice. Wish there were better gyms around because this one isn’t it.

I love the pool. Sometimes it's a little more people than I like, but sometimes like today, I had my own lane for most of my hour session. The dressing room and bathrooms are cleaned. One slight note, they ran out of complimentary bags to store your wet clothes. No big issues.

?HARASSMENT ISSUE?: Cool gym BUT on a few occasions, I've observed the facilities guy (per the lettering on his shirt and/or approx 5'3", huge belly) like staring at certain members all weird and intense. And then he trys to act like he's on the phone. I was standing right by him on two occasions and he wasn't on a call. He was so into it he didn't notice that I was there. I'm not sure who the exact target(s) was but I didn't see anyone in that direction reciprocating his attention on any occasion. It's been going on for a few years. Not every time I'm there but often enough for me to notice it. Someone might want to remind dude that this behavior is harassment and he should probably just do his job. He's staff and should know better. If he can't control it, this may be the wrong environment for him. IJS. Very concerning. It's predatory behavior.
Changed from 4 stars to 2 due to the gyms response. Unless I am missing something, they ignored the statement about their employee who is clearly a legal liability waiting to happen.
Their Response Changed May 16, 2024. Glad I took a screenshot of the 1st one. The first response was flippant. It stays at 2 stars though. My message to 24 Hour Fitness Pearland, Tx, USE YOUR CAMERAS! Then address the issue with your employee. This is simple, don't make it difficult. It's a potential legal issue or at minimum local TV news worthy, that will make him "famous". Maybe both. I created this public review so the gym community can be informed about it.

Spacious and active. Good amount of equipment plus extra amenities like sauna , steam room, jacuzzi, and a swimming pool. Everyone is to himself, and it's easy to work out.

This has easily been the worst gym experience I’ve ever had dating back to 2012. The mens restrooms, sauna, and steam room are typically gross. The hot tub breaks from time to time. Staff closes basketball gym due to reasons pertaining to certain individuals, therefore no one can use the gym. Awful service. Staff are friendly, facility is horrible. If i could give the place half a star for friendly service only i would. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Location is fine for the casual workout, but it is much smaller than other facilities. I am accustomed to working out a two story fitness center but this serves the purpose. I would imagine during busy hours may be harder to find open equipment. (Treadmill I was on would not incline ☹️.
