My vehicle looks like it was never damaged and they even detailed the inside of the vehicle in the process. “I am from Houston and was visiting some family nearby. On my way, my engine light came on so I took it right away to the nearest O’reilly. There I met Mike, he was very friendly and helpful!!! I had a misfire on the 3rd cylinder. I put a new coil and changed all 4 spark plugs. That did not fix the issue, the computer showed an issue with the first cylinder. Mike stood there and analyzed the situation and he suggest to put new coil, I did that but that did not fix the issue either. Finally, he suggested replacing the new spark plug I installed with another one, and that fixed the issue!!! Thanks Mike!!! Amazing guy”

“Aside from the lack of communication mostly due to progressive insurance and their sorry selves. I am completely satisfied they did everything allowed by the ins . company . Great service in person phone skills lacking . As long as ya got the time to stop in and check on things your in great hands . If you are depending on the phone for communication I recommend not using them.”
