Not business travel friendly. Prepaid for a muti-night multi-room stay and they refused to check in because of the name on the reservation then refused to accept a corporate credit card because there is no matching ID. Left workers unable to stay and had to go to a different hotel.

Better than last time visit during covid-19.
Suggestion for improvement, kindly install bidet as not all people use tissue to wipe after potty time. ?
I hope that this hotel can be muslim friendly too.

I stayed in Quality Inn Houston Pasadena for few days & impressed with the customer service. Nancy & Mukesh are really gentle/generous. The room is nice, breakfast was good. The environment is quiet and safe.

Noteworthy details: Dingy/moldy smelling looked like the place was falling apart, rooms looked very outdated even for recently remodeled. Even walking around outside you could smell mold and the pool was green not impressed at all. Do not waist you money stay at the Best Western Plus directly behind this hotel

First and foremost, I must mention the excellent service provided by Marla, the shuttle driver. Marla was extremely friendly and professional, ensuring I reached my destinations safely and on time. I greatly appreciated the pleasant conversations and local recommendations she offered.
At the reception, Mayona greeted me with a warm smile and a very welcoming attitude. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and Mayona provided me with all the necessary information to enjoy the hotel's amenities. I felt truly welcomed and knew that any questions or requests would be promptly addressed.
The hotel's restaurant was a true delight, and Gina was an exceptional host. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy all tastes. Gina recommended some special dishes that were absolutely divine. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxing and pleasant.

Gina, Mauna, Jack, & Jose along with housekeeping very professional & we're very helpful great customer service!! breakfast is awesome! great location, very clean rooms and I highly recommend quality inn in Pasadena Texas dog friendly thank you again guys keep up the good work.
