Have been a customer at this location for several months now. The site is always clean and easy to get into. The manager Lisa and her assistant Ryan are both very professional and friendly. I always enjoy our short visits when I come into the office. I would give them both a 10 star review if I could.

I will say that Lisa is amazing she will do everything she can to help you. The reason I gave 3 stars is because we have had a unit there for several years and our unit has been broken into several times. Lisa can only do so much without help from corporate. The fact of the matter is there should be cameras everywhere on the property. They are not expensive. I have had so much stolen out of the unit and while Lisa tried to do everything she could she had no support from upper management.

I was purchasing couches from mrs. Ponce who then took my money and blocked me. When I called she answered the phone in Spanish. Well I speak Spanish too I took screen shots of everything and now she changed the name after she blocked me since I called . They wanted full payment I gave them half now and half once it was delivered. I guess she wasn't bright enough to change her last name on the sell post . I would like a full refund. I was going to pick up . Then she offered to deliver it . That's why I know it was this location plus she said her name when I called . Be aware of your employees . Bad employees aren't good for business. The couches attached are the ones she was selling online .. I'm probably not the only one she has been scamming .

Ryan definitely went above and beyond for us. We pulled into the parking lot at 6:10pm (6:00pm closing time) to see the lights off BUT through the darkness we saw a man waving for us to come inside. What?! Really?! But it's after closing time? He told us that he didn't mind staying a little later to help us out. He listened to our needs and we left with a rented unit.
