Our storage was broken into and valuable stuff was stolen! They didn't even care! It had to be an inside job because you need the gate opener to go in or out. We tried opening our storage and the key wasn't working on the lock so we cut it only to realize it was replaced by the theives lock. No wonder we couldn't open it. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible customer service care. They say they’re not responsible for anyone breaking into your storage units. The least they could’ve done was a phone call we were not called or notified when it happened. We were caught by surprise thought it was a normal day to go to storage and grab a few things and we had to find out ourselves we’re still unsure when it could’ve happened there was broken glass and blood stolen things of great value from our vehicle. Thought it was a secure and safe place because they have cameras unfortunately we were unable to see. Don’t recommend a place where they can’t hold someone accountable.

The storage units are decent sizes. Really there's only one thing I have to complain about, is the ridiculous fact that as far as throwing your trash away for when you're cleaning out your storage unit or anything like that you literally have to take it somewhere else because there is no dumpster to be found in this place at all. It is seriously the first-ever storage unit that I have seen that does not provide you with a dumpster to throw your trash away.
