I initially came in just to get a district manager’s contact information because I had been having issues with my account and battery warranty. I had already tried to resolve my issues and 3 other locations because I kept getting different options when dealing with my issue. I was helped by Claudia and could already tell she genuinely wanted to help me fix the issue. She talked to her manager, Anne, and was helped in 2 mins. Problem solved.
So I came in just for information and ended up getting my battery issue sorted. They were very helpful and Claudia even referred me to an AC service center when I asked about AC testing/ diagnostics.
I would go out of my way to bring my business to this location.

I wish I could leave No stars. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE. And to top it off I was dealing with the store manager. (She also tried to get me to buy something that didn’t even go to my vehicle) DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. There’s an O’Rileys right down the street that is 10x better.
