“The a/c in my wife's Forerunner was blowing hot air. I took it to Pepboys and after waiting for over 2 weeks to get the part needed , they ordered the wrong part, so we waited another 4 days, we took the truck to another garage when they finally got the part. The mechanics at Pepboys couldn't believe the run around from the Manager (Richard) plus the fact that he was rude to my wife and told her if she didn't want to wait for the part, she could leave! We drove across the street after we found out they honored our Ext. Maintenance contract (Omega Auto Care). Thank God we found them. They were so considerate about our situation that we felt more then comfortable leaving the truck there for repair. Ethel Bell (service advisor) was so accomodating and went out of her way to help with the claim by making phone calls for us and monitoring the case over those 4 days, it was ready at the exact time she quoted us. I will recommend Triple J Automotive in Coral Springs, Florida to every I know who needs a trusting, helpful, compassionate mechanic that won't rip you off as Pepboys attempted to do.
