After a great dinner in Paris, I arrived here late. Found a spot, parked and locked up for the night. Yes, I have a camper van and this Walmart apparently still tolerates RVers. I was up at 5:30 and on my way before they opened at 6:00. So while I did not get the chance to shop the store. I did get to appreciate the cleanliness of the restroom. So there's that. Thanks, Walmart. I appreciate that you allow this and while I didn't shop Paris, I did elsewhere. [Review 717 of 2024 - 479 in Texas - 21748 overall]

A worthless manager. Anyone who lets employees be THIS horrible deserves the worst that karma has to give.We were sitting in the pickup lot when we get a tect that our order is delayed, after the scheduled wnidow, after we are already here fro. Out of town. 2 hours they say.No o e answers the store phone. Rang for 8 minutes straight. Call the number on the sign, it went to voice mail.Finally get through, that cow hung up on me after telling me to wait.Waited double the the, no order.Customer service "we'll escalate the ticket".No help at all.

One of the WORST WALMARTS IVE EVER BEEN TO. HORRIBLE RUDE EMPLOYEES, no one will check you out but they stand at the end of the aisles to watch their friends "forget" to pay. Most are in their phones the whole time. They are out of stock on half the list each time. You have to watch your back walking out so you dont get robbed. Not even kidding. Employees literally watch people walk out with full carts of unpaid merchandise. Big screen TVs go out every single trip we are there. There are fights and yelling on a regular basis. Walmart at its absolute laziest, inefficient, incompetents' best.

our walmart in cottage grove oregon isn't as bad as i have just read about in texas do they have those eletric scooters (grocery carts) ? i need to use one when iam there

This was an online order.1st order was much needed Feeding tube food. After waiting they canceled online order.We had to order asap pay freight from Amazon.2nd was a Pink smart watch for birthday present. I recieved a Red watch and had no time to order another gift 3 days before her birthday. Only way to get refund was to return watch which would of left me with nothing. Poor Customer Service....Amazon has never done this. I will be ordering from Amazon.

Most employees that are wearing masks at all wear them under their noses. They also don't require customers to wear masks. Shelves are a mess and you can never find an employee when you need one.

I got a response just 3 days later that everything was ok and the problems have been fixed~ how in the world did they train everyone in just 3 days how to handle an incident when someone falls~ how did they train all those people!
