this place was horrible, went to get my passport picture taken and there was no staff. there was one lady who did not even seem like she knew what was happening around her. she did not even know how to work the camera and I had to redo the picture 3 times because she kept taking it blurry. then after she took it she left me to go do something not sure what it was so i had to wait for her to come back for 20mins and then had to pay $20 for a passport photo that was blurry!! horrible staff and horrible management.

Called to check on prescription statusTold they had script but it would be at least an hour. They called an hour later to say it was ready, my husband drove the 40 miles to get there to find that they closed 30 minutes after they called to say it was ready. Their website says they are open until 10pm not 6 pm, it also says that they fill scripts in 30 minutes, script was called in prior to 3pm and wasn't filled until 5:30pm. Less than impressed

Bad customer experience regarding getting help. Most of the employees were in the back while one woman was out working and the others doing nothing. Recent time I went In the same woman working for in trouble for straightening up while who I assumed her boss was with the other employees talking near the photo section of the store.

Stood in line 10 minutes while young Manager went to find change for a $1oo. Bill.. the Register was out of Money .. she brought back $5. Bills...Will not be shopping there again..people was Backed up 10 +.... Need a manager bad...

Walgreens has issues with phone lines connecting their pharmacy. We cannot get through to call in refills. Also, when we connect to the store and they transfer us to the pharmacy this is also a fail. What a huge inconvenience to the customer to have to drive to the pharmacy to tell them you need a refill on your meds. Huge FAIL Walgreens Paris Texas Lamar Avenue! Fail, Fail, Fail!!!

Staff don't care. Apparently the customer is supposed to know sales of products not cashier. I have stood in the back where you pick up prescription and employees just look at me like im standing watching them, just ignore me. Never get council on any drugs but swipe badge like I did. If you can use different place do so. Walgreens paris texas on lamar and loop 276

I have been trying to refill a prescription for 3 days but the phone to the Paris store hangs up every time I call. How are we suppose to refill my prescriptions if I can’t get in contact with them? I’m thinking about changing pharmacies.

When I get a text a day before saying my meds are ready, have them ready!!!! On top of that, they take their sweet time about it. I have a schedule too!!

To whom it may concern. On May 05, 2021 my girlfriend placed an online order via Walgreens app. We waited outside to receive the curbside pick up. Once we received our order she later changed her mind on not wanting the items. We then proceeded to then come in store to return the items. Associate Karamba assisted us but when asked about our receipt we did not receive one with our curbside nor did we receive one electronically. Only thing she received was order details on placing and once received. Manager then came and advised us she couldn’t do anything about the order due to us not having a receipt when it was her who never printed a receipt for us. We did not argue with her, we simply called customer service and spoke to April. April was very understanding about the whole situation. April reached out to the store and try to get in contact with the store manager but she never answered the phone. Karamba did in fact answer the phone and transferred the call even telling her that she had a call on line one. Again she refused to answer the phone. Customer service rep April came back on the line and apologized for the hold as she waited for the manager but did not answer. I am very disappointed that a paying customer to this store goes through something like this. At this point there is nothing I can do to get my refund. Walmart would of just swiped my debit card and issued the refund that easy.
