I am very disappointed with the service we received our truck was dropped off for an insurance estimate and they caused more damage than when we dropped the truck off they cracked the radiator completely just tore off the grill it’s not longer usable they cut my finder well to get an impact In there because they were too lazy to use a ratchet I was only notified they were removing my front bumper. I had no idea They were going to tear up my property and handle it with no care whatsoever when we confronted the shop about the damages done they could also care less definitely would not recommend this shop to ANYONE. I’m sure the bureau of automotive repair would love to hear all about this.

Gotta love going into an establishment with my 14 year old daughter (who VERY much looks 14) and having a grown man hit on her using vulgarity in the 5 minutes it took me to grab my purse out of my car. My daughter was quiet on the way home and eventually confided in me that this grown man complimented her on her top and bottom, she told him she was only 14 BEFORE he "complimented" her. Again...She is 14!!!! As long as Brad is working here I won't be going back. And of course when I called to speak to someone there was "no manager available". Absolutely rediculous!

Wish I would of had the same experience as the other reviews. There must be new help or something because they did not show any form of care with our truck at all. They actually caused more damage than they repaired. They broke more things that did not even need to be touched for repair. The truck was there on a insurance claim due to being hit my a deer going 70 mph. They charged our insurance for the damage they actually caused themselves while trying to repair items that were not damaged to begin with. They invoiced us for replaced items that were not replaced. They scratched and broke several different spots throughout the truck and then tried to cover it up with a paint pen causing run off paint marks all over their so called repairs. It is in all actuality in worse shape now cosmetically than before they started way back in JULY. They had the truck for over 3 months and I was receiving alerts from GMC Onstar anytime something was done to the truck like when my back passenger tire pressure was too low and then couldn't register at all. The tires were fine going in the shop but once I got it back there was a screw sticking out of the tire which was shrugged off and blamed on already being there. They tore the backside of the driver seat somehow and left one of the inside door panels covered in debri from sanding. I am forced to have to do another insurance claim to fix what they messed up while also making my insurance skyrocket even more. I am more than disappointed and at a complete loss as to how poorly of job they done and now the customer service is ridiculous as well. I have used Mike's several times previously and always bragged on the quality of work but this is unacceptable. Seems like they are taking advantage of an 84 year old Vietnam War Veteran.
