Worst customer service. I called needing a sim card, because my boyfriend had lost his phone, but I was going to do everything through customer service. She refused to let me buy a simcard so the idiot can get the sell herself. Bought a SIM card at Walmart for $9.99! This is why I don’t have prepaid b******* companies (T-Mobile is better) :)
