I'm not w/ Verizon, stopped by to buy a case. All the sales guys on their phone. One with his feet on the desk. No professionalism, bad experience. They didn't even check. I called the 800# and confirmed they have some in stock in this location.

Outstanding customer service from all the individuals at this particular Verizon store on Conway and 3 mile area.I recently had a very poor experience at a different Verizon location where my wife has still not gotten the $730 trade in from her phone from 10 weeks back.The store supervisor Deric Garza not only assisted me with my trade in where I also got credit for an iPad with self internet- but he also is assisting me with trying to get my 10 week issue resolved from that different Verizon store that is a different 3rd party business. He’s truly going out of his way and messages me progress as to how to proceed to best get the $730 credit from the other 3rd party Verizon store.That’s customer service!Thanks!

I visited this location today and could not believe they had their employees working in such hot temperatures. YOU NEED TO CLOSE. This is against the law. If I couldn’t tolerate being in there for 10 minutes, those employees cannot handle their entire shifts.

I went in to upgrade my phone since I’ve been getting email to upgrade and long story short. The representative was forcing a screen protector and charger for $100 dollars, stating that’s the only way I can upgrade and that it’s included in the bundle.

I would give zero . Mason doesn't tell you the screen protector he put on your phone is 50 bucks. And it doesn't work with finger print scan. Horrible reviews on it. He doesn't tell you the charger he put in the bag is 30 bucks. He also doesn't tell you they charge 35 bucks to set up your phone. You dont see the itemized cost till he gives you the receipt at the end of your phone being setup. I was there for an hour while he was setting up the phone. Lots of elderly couples came in complaining about the service and how they were lied too about charges. The sales people just smile at each other when the customers leave. I went back to get another screen protector since mine doesn't read the fingerprint. And Mason and of course he says you can buy another one or email the manufacturer. I don't want a protector that doesn't work. He will make you wait hours instead of giving his commission to another rep. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

Worse customer service ever, having problem with my device. Called in trying to replace with another device but sales person cut me off stating he couldn't help me with that. When I told him I was shopping for another option, he stated he didn't understand what I meant. He hung up when I told him I needed to buy a device. Bad attitude.
