I ordered two cakes a week in advance. I told them everything I wanted on it. There was nothing difficult that I ordered. I have worked before doing cakes and this was a very simple order. They day I was going to pick up, they called and wanted to change my order just because they had messed up and I told them no because that was not what I ordered. When I went to pick up the cakes they were just standing around instead of helping me. Once they finally helped me they were putting the wrong price on one of my cakes. Once I told them they threw my cake and giving me attitude. All I want to say is that if they don’t want to make cakes then why are you working there. Viejas feas.

I made a curbside order at 10am to pick up on my way home. I waited an hour for my order to be processed and no one updated me. I had to call the store to ask for my order. They need better communication. What’s the point of curbside if my order won’t be processed properly.

lo único qe no estoy de acuerdo allí Heb yo vi como una mamá golpiava a,asu hija o nieta le dio de cachetadas le pega a le dije es como paro de aserto, fui y solo dije a un manejados y no quiso ayer nada, donde esta la protección al menor yo se qe no es lugar pero sucedió dentro dela tienda,fue triste como hoy en día sigue sucediendo y las niñas no aman x defenderse.

The curbside service is horrid in the fact that everytime I go there is always something missing. I have spoken to the manager before but they still have not improved. This store is less then a mile from me but after making duplicate trips to get my correct order I might as well go to the store 3.7 miles from me as they know how to shop properly.
