I hope it's because they are still setting up. But stayed for almost a month. Room not serviced for 12 days. Heater froze up and they just unplugged it to drain on the bed. Then when I moved, had cigars come up missing. Manager was VERY apologetic on both issues, and offered to replace, the cigar but if you have a option try somewhere else.

Pretty good place to stay for working in the area. Rooms are small, but are definitely big enough for one person. Everything you need is available: bedding, towels... the food is better than I anticipated. The staff seems pretty helpful in whatever you need

I stayed on the Southside rooms and the only thing good about this place are the rooms, they're nice and clean full size bed and nice restroom. But the water pressure sucks, the hot water lasts like 4 minutes, the food is not great at all, the kitchen is extremely small and hardly any choices, the gym and cardio room are super small as well maybe 3 machines in each, fits maybe 4 people at a time in each room. It's like they had those extra room and they were for like storage and was like oh let's throw some dumbells in this one and a treadmill in that one and we got ourselves a gym.

Nice room with all the basic amenities. The beds are thick and comfortable, good working a/c, mini fridge, directv... All in all a very good room for what is needed.One chief complaint is comparing this location to the same company of rooms over in JAL, NM. The rooms in Jal have a covering over the window which has velcro around the edge of the window frame so there is no light leakage around a basic set of blinds for night shift workers / day sleepers. That would be the main upgrade I would like to see at this facility.

Front desk was rude. Foods is good though. House keeping comes twice a week. Free laundry and pool table sticks suck though.

Nice rooms decent staff (except for the lil fat old meskin chic that works in the kitchen) DEFINITELY needs to work on her people skills, considering she has none at all!

Good spot regardless of being in the middle of no where but no where is where i spend most of my time. Rooms are nice, staff is friendly and the food is pretty good.

Nice spot out in the middle off no where. Went to visit my husband. My room was beautiful thank you for having me. Nothing to complain about.

The rooms are nice, the staff is awesome (very welcoming), food is excellent, the wireless network speeds are terrible. But honestly, the food is great and I can’t get over how helpful the staff is. It would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the WiFi.

The chefs are cool and make pretty good foodThe pizza is kind of meh and the brisket is really fatty but everything else is great. Some of the guys had problems with unclean sheets and towels when moving in. If you are in a room near the edge, the light will go through your blinds so just fyi.
