I called at 5:45, a nice lady at the Front desk answered and I asked for the time the parts department closed and she told me at 6 and transferred me to their phones. No one answered at parts and it got answered at the service department. She told me that all the parts people have left for the day. I thanked her for the help and hung up.
I guess on Wednesdays the parts department closes at 5:45 or maybe even before the

I was just in with my truck two weeks ago for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I was in the area today in my wife's Blazer and noticed it was due for service!! I took a chance and drove in without an appointment because I really like the service department here! Everyone in Service is always at the rest to help when you drive up. It was that way today! I pulled in and most everyone was with someone else so I walked up to Kenny's desk while he was finishing up someone else's paperwork. I asked if they had time to do an oil change and that I didn't have an appointment. He looked out in the shop to see if there was room to squeeze me in and came back and told her could get me right in!!! That made my day because I can stay on schedule and get the wife's car back to her with an oil change and tire rotation that she wasn't expecting!!! I love the people here at Granger!!! The entire dealership is run like a well oiled machine! Everyone looks after you no matter what you have in mind, whether it's buying a new or used vehicle, or coming in to get one serviced, they are always on top of their game. That's why I bring my vehicles here, they take care of their customers! Thanks for helping me out Kenny!!!

Purchased a used Jeep Wranger from Granger Chevrolet. Before purchasing the salesman said the vehicle has gone through inspections to make vehicle is in good condition. Shortly after the time frame of their warranty started hearing grinding noises in rear end. The differential was shot and need to replace entire thing. Thanks your inspections sucks !!! Salesman was Ethan.

Granger Chevrolet Service Dept. is a joke. I brought my truck in because of a roaring noise. I had the bearings, rotors, and brakes replaced within 500 miles of bringing the truck in (on both sides). I specifically told the service advisor (Stacy) this twice. She apparently ignored me and didn't write this on the ticket. I told her that those parts were changed and the noise was still there. Well, over a week later, she called and left a voicemail and was told it was ready to pick up. So I called back and asked what they found wrong with it, and she said the bearings were bad. I said "I told you twice that the bearings were changed less than 500 miles ago". I asked her, "Where are the bearings that you all took off?" She said they threw them away (I did get one of them back). I was told they were expensive (not OEM bearings), and they literally didn't have 500 miles on them. So my dad went to pick up my truck because it was "ready" and the noise was still there. They never drove the truck; they just threw parts at it. So they took it back in and eventually found the problem (it wasn't the bearings). In the end I should've listend to my coworkers and friends about bringing it to Granger.

My husband bought a used Jeep Wrangler there earlier this year. He agreed for 5 Point CU to check his credit. They approved the loan. The problem is that at least 5 additional loan companies also checked his credit and now his credit score has dropped due to these hard inquiries. I have reached out to Granger on social media and gotten no response.

Granger always provides good services. I love supporting local businesses like them. They always give back to the community and have the best prices in town! I purchased my car from their Dodge store and I love it! If you are looking to buy your next car, look no further than Granger.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We bought a used truck there last year, since purchasing it's been in their service department longer than we've actually drove the truck. After months of back and forth, empty promises and rude staff, we finally received our truck back today. It is fixed, however there are paint chips all across the hood of the truck and down the door. We have all inspected this truck multiple times in pick up and drop off to service department as part of protocol, never have these chips been here but suddenly they don't know and we must've done it. We asked them to review pictures and they say they can't tell because there is a glare (lie) pictures are clear, then went on to say our sales guy said he remembers all the paint chips all over it. Although we wouldn't have bought if that was the case. They are so shady and misleading. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I purchased a used 2018 Ram from Granger Ram in Orange (not Granger Chevrolet, but under the same ownership) and worked with a salesman named Alex Yates. I had high interest in a truck so we took it for a test drive. During the test drive, I mentioned to Alex that the 8.4 uConnect screen looked like it had a chip or crack in the top right corner. He assured me that it was only some tape and would be taken care of when the service department would detail the truck upon purchase. We came to a consensus on a price and a deal was made. My wife and I were very excited as we drove home, but 20 minutes down the road she tried to put presets into the radio. Literally as soon as she touched the screen it started jumping all over the place and not staying on a radio station. It was as if someone was touching the screen when nothing was touching it. The radio/uConnect screen was completely useless. I got in touch with Alex at Granger the same night I bought the truck and he denied having any knowledge of any issues with the radio. I told him I knew it wasn't their responsibility to make things right with me, but this type of customer service goes a long way when making things right with the customer. He said the best he could do was sell me a new radio (mind you this is LESS THAN 24 hours from purchasing) and the labor at cost which would be roughly 850-900 dollars (even though I gave them $1500.00 down less than 24 hours before and being stuck with a 6.5% interest rate). He then said they had absolutely no room/money left over to fix this. I know it is not their responsibility to fix this since I didn't get a warranty with them (would have cost a ridiculous 50.00 per month added to my note), but with my prior experience in the past, some of the dealerships I have worked with (Bayshore in Baytown and Classic in Beaumont) have bent over backwards to ensure everything was right with my vehicle before I left. As a matter of fact, when the air conditioning in my wife's car went out within 48 hours of purchasing a used car at Classic, they gave her a loaner for the duration it took to fix the AC and didn't charge her a dime. That is true customer service. I can't know for sure if Granger knew they were selling me a faulty radio, but my message to any buyer is to be wary... these people only want your money; not your business. Granger is borderline fraudulent and now I am stuck with a broken radio/uConnect screen in a 3 year old truck that was sold to me. Granger will nickel and dime you even to the tune of 800 bucks even after you just bought a nearly 30,000 dollar truck from them.

I found a used car at Granger online and travelled to their dealership. The staff and salesperson were very friendly and professional. Great place to find a vehicle. The process was quick and easy. Thanks!

Bought a used truck here and was able to negotiate down the price some - Josh and Caleb were more than willing to work with me until we decided on a win-win. Nice guys, dealership and overall experience. I felt like I wasn't pressured into anything and they gave me lots of time to think about my decision. 5/5!

Poor customer service. I decided to purchase a used high mileage truck after the one I originally came to see that was advertised had just been sold, so they say. The truck I was shown looked in very good condition and they showed me a Carfax with a clean bill of health and was a one owner. I decide to go ahead with the purchase, didn't haggle with price but did request one concession and that was to replace the headliner that was sagging in several spots. It was agreed they would REPLACE the headliner I did the paperwork and drove the 2 hours back home. They called me 2 days later to tell me the headliner was replaced and the truck was ready. Drove 2 hours back the next day to pick up the truck endorsed the check to pay and drove off. Five miles down the road the headliner starts falling down and I had to keep pushing it back up and felt glue. They didn't replace the headliner as promised which I was pretty certain of when I got in the truck and thought I noticed the liner was not a new one. This pissed me off because they just flat out lied. Then the engine sputters like it might stall the engine light comes on and the oil pressure gauge pegged to the right. I immediately return to the dealership and explain all of the above to the salesperson who of course has to get the manager. Manager gets in the truck and says he is going to take it back to the service department to have it checked. Comes back says the check engine light was some minor issues and he would fix the headliner. Since I heard the headliner promise before and found them to be liars I asked if he would consider helping out with the check engine light problems. Realizing I purchased this vehicle AS-IS I still thought it was worth a shot to ask for some assistance since but the manager flat refused stating you bought as is and drove it off the lot. However he didn't think of anything about inconveniencing me having drive 2 hours back home and wait until the initial issue was fixed. Even though I purchased this vehicle as is and experiencing the liars that they are you would think a little bit of customer service by repairing the check engine light or at least negotiating some type of settlement would have been the appropriate thing to do and could have turned a bad situation around. This does not seem to be the way this dealership does business. I will not be lied to, asked that they just undo the deal since it had only been approximately 30 minutes but this was not to be. I gave back the key, left and put stop payment on the check. I spent 11 years in hotel management and another 11 after in my own business and dealt with several issues of service and would almost always able to come to a middle ground and turn a bad situation into good. Definitely not the way they do things here. Be careful of doing business here.

If I was writing a review with the sale department- definitely an awesome sales team that goes over and beyond to help you pick the best vehicle for you. This is not a review over the service dept though, this is a review over the SERVICE dept. When my vehicle was purchased it was had way less than 10k miles on it and in November it already needed new tires, 17k miles later. I understand that this would be an issue through the tire and car manufacturer- which I would think that the service rep would be the one to help you get all this together. NOT. I did all the leg work to get this resolved. Now today, we are still waiting to get my new tires put on my vehicle when we dropped it off at 8 am and it was just getting on the rack according to the service rep at 1:30 pm. When I scheduled this appointment I told the rep that the vehicle needed to try and be completed by 2pm due to having to pick up children and getting them to after school activities. When my husband called about this, he stated that the alignment might not be done by 6 pm this evening. 12 hours later and it's just a tire mount and balance and alignment. Never again will I use granger for a oil change or tire rotation. I do not recommend their service dept WHAT SO EVER.

The Granger Chevrolet family is awesome! Super easy buying experience and top notch customer service. I traveled from California to purchase a used car I found online and they made it effortless. Thank you to Johnny Sanchez and their entire team. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again and highly recommend their dealership.

Bought a 2006 ford f250 6.0 turbo diesel with 113 from these guys, before I even bought the truck, the guy tried to pull it up and ran it out of fuel. Least of my worries because I bought the truck for 15 out the door and within less than 10k miles I have spent over 20k in repairs including a new engine and brand new transmission. Not to mention the multiple other times I had to take it to the repair shop. I notified Granger via email informing them of my mishaps. No I was not asking for reimbursement or compensation as I did buy the vehicle as is. But I didnt even receive an apology or some kind of sympathy. Definitely not gonna make a 2 1/2 hr drive back to this place.
