First she told me one price over the phone and changed it when we went and looked at the car. Then she said she had work done to the vehicle and decided once we asked for documentation that she had the work done to the vehicle she would no longer be selling the car and even removed it from her site. She said things then said other things that contradicted what she had already said and it was an overall weird experience and now she also has all mine and my wife’s information and decided to not sell the car because we noticed things wrong with the vehicle during the test drive. Make sure you know what you’re looking for or she could screw you over, thankfully we were able to avoid this lot. We are out the money on the insurance we put on the car already as well.

We looked for my daughter a car everywhere and couldn’t find anything affordable and dependable until we looked at car works. They were really nice and helpful and we found a great first car for my daughter that didn’t break the bank. They have affordable down payments and affordable weekly payments. Would definitely buy another car from Melissa!

Was able to get a nice car for a decent price.Having auto pay made it easy to make payments while working out of town.I came into financial hardship during Covid and Melissa and Anthony worked with me during my struggle.I would recommend this place if you have a hard time getting financed at a dealership.I work at Granger and I see her cars come through for inspection and detailing before they are for sale.

Ms. Melissa is an amazing woman. I had the best experience buying my car at her lot. She was caring and understanding through out the quarantine, moving states away, and just all of our hard times. I would recommend her to every person I know in south east Texas and south west Louisiana.

I highly recommend getting a car from this place, she has good used cars low miles and they are in good shape. I’ve had 2 vehicles from her and she let me trade my old one in. The monthly notes were also very affordable and last but not least they have great customer service Mr Anthony and Melissa are the best.
