I had service with Sparklight, changed service provider and cancelled my account. I was told that I was going to receive last invoice if there was one and never did (via email nor mail); but I received notification that I was sent to debt collector. During the period that I was with them, they received payment on time. I am very upset that they handled last bill this way, this makes me not even consider them in the future.

Best Internet service to have in my opinion, never had any problems. Download speed of 180 mbps until I contacted customer service( kindest customer service) to get me a technician to help me out with it cutting in and out, they fixed it asap, and it ran at 230 mps after he fixed it. More affordable than optimum, its fiber, and the ping was amazing for 2 xboxs, laptop and 3 phones on the 300 mbps plan. its too good, i wish they would service my new area in midland ! :(((

My service has been alot better with Spark I'm really enjoyingOur time streaming on my WiFi . I appreciate the agent Alvin for helpingme getting my application and setting my installation the next day he really explained everything I needed to know . Jose did a excellent job also explaining how the WiFi worked I'm very happy with the service.

I was the only customer there and there was only one rep, who was on the phone for at least 10 minutes while I waited, standing up, leaning on my cane and the counter. I'm a 75 yo woman with degenerative osteoarthritis and there's no place to sit. The rep was nice, though, and professional.

I really appreciate Isalem M coming out to get our wifi set up. He was very knowledgeable and confident in what he was doing. Walked us through everything. If I happen to have a problem in the future, I would like for Isalem to come out and take care of us. This gentleman needs a raise!

DEBBIE IS RUDE !!!! and completely unprofessional! She had a attitude already as I walked in (huffing and puffing) , THEN she cancelled my order for no reason at all. I told her I was going to call customer care because they told me something completely different then she did . She said “ if you call them then I won’t help you” wow.

Isalem Moreno was extremely polite. He was very prompt and got right to the issue at hand. He figured out what the problem was, had it fixed and had our service up and running in very little time. Isalem was excellent.
