Don't go if you have other places to be. Sat there for an hour and a half. Was blocked in. When I finally got a clear path out, I just left without getting anything done. Worst southern tire mart I've been to by far.

This store is very unprofessional and gives out incorrect information. I called a week in advance to ask about a process and was in agreement on how to do it. When I showed up, they started saying that now it’s a different process. Go somewhere else where they actually care about you and your business.

Made it there a little before 12 noon. Told me it would be about 2 hours to get me out of there for 2 steer tires. I agreed was 3 hours before they pulled me in. Took 1 hour and a half for install they stopped working on it and was just lifted up tires on but went to do other things I guess they decided to come back and work on the truck when I came and stood outside the bay. 4 and a half hours for 2 tires bring a lunch and dinner. Also expensive.

Called on the phone to see about the tires I wanted. They said they had them and I was good to show up and we’re to busy. Showed up to their hot waiting room and they had no idea I was coming. (Lack of communication on their side) waited almost 4 hours and when they finally got to be my turn they sold me the wrong tires completely. So now due to not wanting to wait another another day and because my tires are already off I had to take the ones they priced out instead. Worst tire buying experience ever. The shop guy was a good kid tho.

Absolutely the worst tire shop experience ever, got me the wrong tire took forever, didn't balance it correctly, tire they replaced the wrong one with is total trash wore our really bad in less then 5k miles and said they don't warranty their tires

Arrived at this location at 8:40am with one other vehicle in line in front of myself. Pull into the bay two have two tires rotated at 10:30am staff is stumbling around basically doing absolutely nothing.. I buy all of my tires at southern tire and have never seen such a lack of customer service.. Short of having a serious tire issue I’ll will (not) be returning to this location anytime soon. If I did business like this I wouldn’t last a week.. And ironically the multiple bad reviews doesn’t seem to make a difference.. because absolutely nothing has changed including local companies seem to have a free pass to the front of the line.. The store in Lubbock Tx where I do the majority of my business could teach these (EVERYTHING!!!!!!)

Took almost 3 hours to get a flat fixed and they said there was just 1 truck in front of me, absolutely no communication, the fastest I saw them move is when their Whataburger order showed up, better off going somewhere else if you work for a living and have to get stuff done

Very unprofessional and tacky . Workers sitting inside while customers wait to get serviced. Locals get to cut in front of everyone else . Worst stm I ever visited
