“i went to the pharmacy on 42nd & tanglewood & as usual got horrible service. in desperation , i went to the one inside the target store on 42nd & that lady could not have been nicer! she was an absolute opposite of my usual experience with cvs pharmacies. she seemed to be the only person working there but she answered my questions & was very helpful. i expected to have to have my medication delivered or have to come back & get it but she refilled it immediately & handed it to me with a smile . she needs to be put in charge of all the cvs pharmacies in odessa, tx & all the rest of them need to be fired! i accidentally gave a bad review of her cvs when asked because i thought it was the one on tanglewood & 42nd they were asking me about. i apologize to this lady because she is awesome. all the other cvs in odessa, tx suck but the one inside the target store is awesome, at least when this lady is on duty!”

“This is the second time HEB pharmacy has been so incredible for me and my son. We usually go to Walgreens and every Walgreens in Odessa had no amoxicillin for my son (this is the second time this year they have had a shortage) HEB pharmacy answered their phones promptly and got the prescription transferred from Walgreens to HEB and filled it in under an hour. Amanda is so helpful and kind along with another lady who works there but I forgot her name. I just wanted to thank them for working hard to get me in one hour what Walgreens couldn’t do for me in 6 hours.”
