Ordered a spray for my grandmothers funeral. I have ordered from Mark Knox in the past because my grandmother gave them good business for many years. However when I ordered her spray, the lady I spoke with was very rude. It got to the point where I asked to speak to someone else and although he wasn't rude, he made excuses for the previous person. This is bad business especially when you are spending over $200.

Very accommodating and friendly! I called ahead and requested two bundles of Baby's Breath less than thirty minutes before closing on a Friday, and they had them ready and waiting for me when I arrived.The quality of the flowers were better than I had found elsewhere, and were priced very reasonably. I would definitely recommend Mark Knox Flowers for any floral needs in Odessa!10/10 would come back!

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday, they came at 9:30 AM. They were big, bright, beautiful, and very timely! I am very appreciative for your wonderful bouquet of flowers, the timely service and the great job they did!
