Our sales lady was awesome but we purchased our vehicle april 2024 and still have not received our plates this is ridiculous. plus we are out of state everytime I call the lady that handles the titles she is always gone. I am not very happy with this situation. We have bought several vehicles out of state and always had plates 2-3 weeks

Ji'Bri is a great salesman. Wasn't super pushy didn't make customer uncomfortable with pressure. Pretty respectful and understanding towards the customer. Seemed to care more about customer's interests rather than personal gain. Super cool & easy to talk to

I purchased a vehicle from Honda Kelly Grimsley mid April 2024. I have called several times to check on my license plates but have been told the state of Texas is behind on issuing them. I have since received 2 temporary dealer tags and 1 buyers tag. I warned a family member of the issues I was having and to go elsewhere, she did. She got her license plates 2 weeks after her purchase. Her license plates were issued by the state of Texas. She had a trade in that delayed the process by a few days due to payoff. Either I’m being lied to or the state of Texas is very selective as to who they issue plates to. It is now 8/29/24 and I am about to give my 5th car payment in 2 weeks and still no license plates.
