JM TRANSMISSION WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND OF MINE, BECAUSE OF THEIR HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.I CONVERSED WITH THE OWNER AND TOLD HIM MY PROBLEM WITH MY TRUCK. HE SAID "WHAT I THOUGHT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM; HE THEN TOLD ME WHAT WAS.HE COULD HAVE TOLD ME, COME IN, WE WILL REPAIR YOUR PROBLEM, CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING THAT DID NOT NEED REPAIRING.GOOD, HONEST PEOPLE!I WAS TOLD BY MY FRIEND THAT THEY WERE HONEST. SURE ENOUGH!

Took an F250 there for transmission issues. Was quoted $5,500. When we called to check on the truck he said $8,000. When asked what was wrong with it he said it was burnt up. Prior to taking the truck in we looked at the transmission and drained the fluid and the fluid wasn’t burnt. So we preceded to show up without letting them know just to pull up and see that the truck had not even been touched. The transmission was still in the truck. Not sure how they knew it was completely burnt up when the truck hadn’t even been touched and still had the transmission in it.
