Poor service here when they call and leave bizarre voice messages they won’t process payment over the phone and they expect me to step into there office every time it needs payment stupid other Fred loyas are better this one sucks !!!

Personal problems should not be brought to work (you have to explain it to the workers at this place) they treated me very reluctantly; I practically had to force her to answer the questions and to do the paperwork it was worse... It's a shame that the workers degrade the image of this very good company so much...

Worst customer service I do not recommend at all either Odessa location rude racist talking in Spanish think ? I don’t speak because White the worst of both is eighth even cursed and insulting me never again any Fred loya think ? before you get insurance here never been to a place so rude and disrespectful…..

I have been dealing with them for a month and they are the most difficult to work with. My husband got rear ended and i had to constantly call and ask for updates and for payment bcz they slack a lot and the women working there answering calls are all very rude, they don’t care about your situation and lack customer service skills. Their insured hit us and having them pay for the damages has been a whole whirlwind in itself. They didn’t want to pay for a rental, then sent a check for $57 dollars for a rental when my vehicle was going to be in the shop for 7 days plus a whole weekend. And they only want to cover the 7 days. This insurance company is a joke. And many warned me about them. I have state farm insurance. Which I should have let them fight it out with them but thought I should do it myself. I don’t recommend this company for insuring anything! And I was not rude but bcz I tried to explain what was going on, the girl Jecxany Guízar was very rude and spoke to me in a rude tone and with attitude and was so unprofessional. I’m never one toComplain or much less come here and right a review, but todays conversation with her was out of line and I am just very unhappy with how they treat people and the lack of attention they give to their claims. I told her my body shop had already requested the supplement ins payment and she argued that they didn’t only to realize we did and didn’t even apologize for her error and was really rude about getting me my rental reimbursement. Fred Loya, please do better when hiring and with the process and training on your employees so that this doesn’t happen again.
