I like Flex, been going to 42nd and University locations for almost 2 years. Only thing is that University Location is dirty most of the time. I hardly see anyone there to clean. From the few girls I've gotten to see there only one girl named Jennifer really takes the time to clean and puts everything back where it goes, including weights, bars, cable attachments, etc. By the time she goes and cleans, it's already a mess, bathrooms are really nasty. Hope this gets better, since I really enjoy going there other than how dirty it can be at times. Also, feel that it's unfair for just one girl to go do it all, when it can be done more often and can be kept clean and organized.

Took a tour, really nice, a little to expensive for. I really like the that it's not a massive crowd when you go there.

I go to the Flex on 42nd street, behind the mall. While I love the gym, the people that work there are not very helpful and get bothered when someone needs help. The lady up front talks on her phone and is rude to customers asking for help. They need to hire someone better. I asked her for help one day and very rudely she said. "What do you need help with?" Customer service is just terrible.

Any good review you see is regarding the 42nd street location near the mall. This gym is horrid.Most of the equipment is old or outdated, as well as broken. Fixing equipment? Yeah that’ll be 6-8 months to get done. The water fountain as well is broken, so make sure you bring your own. Be careful on the leg press as well, as it does not always lock property so try not to become a paraplegic.The gym smells as well as the bathroom stinks very bad.A couple of the benches have the back cushion not attached so try not to injure yourself.The only beneficial thing this gym has done recently was hire someone to be at the location occasionally to clean.I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

-0 worst gym in odessa. old machines almost all of the machines are broken. i want to cancel because they don't accept one of children (SN) but no they want to keep getting their money without me using the stupid gym. please Don't get a membership here

Great place to work out any time of day and it is never crowded unlike all these other gyms where you have to wait!

Place is falling apart since old employees left about 4 months ago. No one seems to wanna work or even clean the place. Equipment is failing and very worn out.

The gym has pretty decent equipment but unfortunately it is not well kept up at the University location.Rope pulls worn out and frayed.A couple of the barbells are bent.One of the power racks appears to have either home, or poorly made bar hooks. They are threaded but don’t fully thread leaving the loose and hanging.The Cybex machine has been down for months.The front door is frequently broken restricting access.And the bathroom is usually unstocked and unkept.And lastly,The “music” repeating has got to change, depressing at best.
