I wouldn’t even think of shopping anywhere else in ODESZA Midland for appliances for company, housing or personal housing than direct appliance sales. Ralph and his team over here are the best down to earth real people.

We were there about 18mo. ago. Didn't ask us to leave, but just totally ignored us, after asking for help 2 different times. There was only one other couple in the store and yet the sales people were too busy talking and laughing amongst themselves, to even consider helping us. We finally walked out telling them that they lost an $1800. sale, but that Best Buy would gladly welcome us in their store. Will never ever consider giving them my business.

We purchased our Electrolux washer and dryer set there in early 2019 for what we believed were a great price with the extended warranty offered. We have only had to have them come out 3 times to work on them. It might take a little while to secure an appointment, but each of the service reps that came out were very polite, proficient, respectful of our time, and took care of the problem during that visit unless a part needed to be ordered. We have not had to pay any repairs out-of-pocket so far. The warranties have pretty much paid for themselves and we still have time left on them.

Friendly, down to earth people, who always have the parts we need in stock. Love that it is an independent, locally owned business; and they carry nothing but quality materials and appliances. Plus, they have a wall of snarky, hilarious signs that give this place a unique and quirky feel.
