I wanted a price on seats because the website specifically says to call for price, the guy was extremely rude because he said he’s tired. That is a personal problem not mine nevertheless God bless hope he figures it out.

I called twice
The Worst sales Rep and customer service ever seen.
They were super rude because I simply didn’t understand the price. I called them in English and they were very racists with non perfect English Speaking people.
They refused to repeat the price in English to me so I couldn’t know the price of the Part I was looking for.
I made a second and last phone call which duration was barely 30 secs because a man hanged on the phone and passed it to a Lady who couldn’t repeat the price for me,and she said this phrase:
He already gave you the price!
It would have been shorter just repeating the price in English.
And after I SAID I’m sorry I didn’t understand the price. This is my second language! She said We don’t speak SPANISH HERE! And Hanged off suddenly.
I just asked her to repeat a price in English!
Disappointed with all with this salers,racists against latin people.Rude and with a big lack of education and common sense.
Having a latin owner doesn’t mean the sales person are not racists. Maybe the owner should take a look at how they treat people so he looses clients and money every days.
I told the story to a friend and he Automatically told me. It was Citron the place,without knowing where I had called.
And then I went to the reviews and I saw this behavior is very common and in that place.
I hope I had came to the reviews before calling them. They are popular for their attitude when you don’t know their language perfectly . People at other places are much more comprehensible.
I recommend everyone to not go there,there are many more places where to go and you save the embarrassing moment of someone yelling you for no reason.

The guy who answers the phone has terrible customer service. Happened today. He hunged up on me 3 times and I asked him for a manager and refused.

The worst first impression... Called with part, and vehicle type... Would take maybe 1 minute of his time and just hangs up... dont bother calling just go in person...

Owners is super rude.
Edit: And I have a valid driver's license.
No sign saying that you can't enter the yard whatsoever, and gets mad at costumers for getting in by accident, should do something about it.

The woman working the office when you call picks up the phone and instantly hangs up. She needs to be taught a thing called respect Customer Service is supposed to be the number one priority.

There pretty straightforward folks you tell em what you need and they help you in the best way they can. Most organized yard I’ve seen in the west Texas area!! It worth the 2 hrs drive to come to this yard. My last 2 visit were great! Will be coming here again!! Really fair prices and great quality parts !! (And no I don’t think there racist am Mexican and they treated me like any other human being) yall ask them stupid question and you’ll get a stupid answer!! People now in days are sensitive

You don't have to be a female to get sorry service from this auto salvage yard! They are rude and act like little kids. I talked with a man and woman and they were both rude. They must be related and raised by the same parents. Says alot about who raised them...Just saying.
