Horrible customer service, Staff doesn't greet when coming in and are too busy chitchatting amongst each other to acknowledge any guests. If it wasn't for me picking up what I had purchased I'd never shop here again! Horrible!!! The location is absolutely disgusting as well.

This is the worst pawn shop in Odessa. Always dirty, staff Is entirely stuck on themselves, almost too smart to help anyone. Just because you look or dress a certain way, doesn't mean you aren't educated. I am sure none of them have a master's degree.

Bought a weeder and didn't work. Tryed to return for at least half my money back but was informed was red tagged. So ended up with a junk weeder for $50. Be careful buying anything their or better yet don't buy anything their.

One of the greatest pawn shop I’ve gone too. The employees are friendly and helpful with everything I want to see. The prices are great and doesn’t hurt my wallet. Bought me a couple tools and electronics and they work great (basically new). Have no problem every time I go to this store. Highly recommend!

These are just two of the items I've bought there recently -- others include game systems (xbox and handheld), laptops, movies, and games. I have NEVER been dissatisfied with the level of customer service, knowledge, or friendliness I've received. On the couple of occasions there was an issue with something I bought, the exchange/return policy was ready to navigate, and the salespeople the friendliest I've ever encountered at a pawn shop. As a result, this will continue to be the first place I look when searching for new (to me) electronics.
