Once your items are locked away and you get your key, there are still business handlings to take care of such us personalized payments - in my case, management has to make a contact with me before drafting payment due to my complex finances. Catherine is friendly and maintains a level of professionalism I appreciate.I would highly recommend Sunbelt Storage at Northlake.

I highly recommend Sunbelt Self Storage in Northlake. Catherine and her team are extremely helpful and very friendly. I recently had to upgrade to a larger unit for a short period of time and Catherine took care of it quickly. I have had several storage units over the years, but this is the cleanest and well kept place I have been in. If you're in need of a great, clean and well managed storage facility, I highly recommend Sunbelt Self Storage. Thank you Catherine!

I really had a great experience at Sunbelt Self storage in Northlake! Catherine and her team made me feel welcome and taken care of! The communication and attention to the customer experience is fantastic! They made everything so easy and seamless. Also they are so fun to talk with!I highly recommend using this location for your storage needs!

I am so glad I noticed this storage unit on my drive up to my new community. I had been looking for a good storage place, and this place was literally right outside the community I was moving in to. Facility was super clean and well kept. The facility manager, Catherine is the sweetest. She was super responsive and accommodating since the day I called her to get information on their units, until the day I checked out. Leasing as well as checkouts were super easy. Would definitely recommend this storage unit to everyone!! 10 on 10!!! :)

Catherine, who’s the store manager, and Yulia were so friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! I think Catherine is just an awesome person! The service and storage is a great value and I highly recommend Sunbelt for all your storage and packing needs!

This is the absolute worst place I've ever used for storage! I was completely harassed, lied on and threatened by management and “assistants”. I never missed a payment. Was paid every month and was still harassed and treated as I was scum of the earth. I read the Texas state law on storage units and found that I did not violate any laws. Im floored and appalled by the treatment I received from this place. May have just been the color of my skin however the case I’m shocked, hurt and feel as though I could never recommend this place to anyone!!UPDATE:I have since spoke with the manager of the Plano location. She was a complete dream to speak with!! She understood my horrible experience with Catherine the manager of the Northlake office. I truly appreciated her professionalism, her tone, and her thoughtfulness! This is how management is done! I felt heard and appreciated! You are the saving grace of Sunbelt!! Thank you!!

I wasn’t once asked to write a review and I think it’s seriously because they know how special the place is. Never had customer service like this at a storage unit before. The absolute best. They should use this place as a use case for all other places who might struggle with customer service, because Sunbelt Storage has it down to a T. Just wonderful.
