This place is so unprofessional and I’m a new patient!! I had an appointment last Friday for pregnancy Test and ask to be on birth control… I’ve been calling everyday till today as well for my results and when would I start my BC!! Why do i have to call y’all everyday for my results I shouldve gotten it Tuesday or Wednesday ??? It’s always we’re waiting on the results or the doctor still hasn’t finalized the BC?? Like what just unprofessional never would come here again

I been coming here for years. But, no longer. I never get to see the doctor that I'm scheduled with. That's after waiting over a hour past appointment time. The front desk lady was rude to my family. All, on separate occasions.

I have been waiting for 5 days now , for prescription refills.5 days without my high blood pressure medication.They act as if it's some kind of pain killer they are prescribing.The care from this staff has been a steady decline for a couple of years now.Guess it's time for a new dr office.One that has staff that actually works.Update: they filled the wrong prescription, still waiting on the correct one's to be filled.

Unethical business. They hold monthly prescriptions hostage. I run out 6+ times a year despite calls from myself and pharmacy. Sarah is a horrible receptionist who makes promises but then doesn't borate them so subsequent calls are made before a refill is made, despite my best efforts and appropriate lead time. I requested a refill before Christmas, then again on Dec 29 for a med I was due that I'd been taking over 5 years, yet they had no record of my requests or my pharmacy calling. I have been seen in office 10+ times in past year by nurses, PAs, and other NPs, but I haven't seen my doctor in over a year as though I am being avoided. It is unethical to hold a patient hostage for required medications when I am doing my due diligence to get them and following their demands. I cannot and will not return and will NOT give them my recommendation or offer a positive review for their negligence, malpractice or shoddy reception. Stay away from this office and, if you have been a patient here, get away from this poorly run scam.

Dr. Bartos is a really good doctor. Hardworking and dedicate . If it was not for him I think my health would be a lot worse than it is.

This place is becoming all about the money, be aware! It seems like they dont get enough money from our senior citizens visits, they want to get more from people like me just trying to get a simple physical done. They billed my insurance for a yearly physical plus a regular visit. I did not ask any questions and I know I did stay within guide lines for the charges that they have but apparently not enough.
