Just called to get my nails taken off and was told to come. I get here in 5 minutes and they tell me an hour. Even asked, “Oh yeah you called, right?” First time trying this place out.

I’ve never had a nail fungus. This is the only salon I’ve been to. My fingernail is coming off. Be careful of cleanliness and sanitation.

Cheap prices but service isn't always the best. It's kind of hit-and-miss. I've been before and walked straight in with no wait, it's also been times when I've walked out after an hour of waiting. They do have drinks, they also do waxes. They have a loyalty card where after 4 visits you get a free eyebrow wax and after 8 you get a free basic pedicure.

Walked through the door only to be looked at crazy and not greeted. I finally asked after about 30 ins of waiting with still no communication how long the wait would be and again, got dirty looks and barely got an answer finally the guy tells me 15 more mins. 20 more mins go by and I still get no service nor update but at that point I honestly didn’t want to do business with these people anyways. I completely agree with the reviews on the rudeness. The place is small and outdated perhaps that’s why the prices ppl speak of are so reasonable but no amount of low price is worth that type of customer service experience. I left and went we’re my business would be appreciated. And of course as soon as I got up to leave is when they FINALLY decided to speak to me by stopping me lol no thank you, next!!!

Went in there and asked specifically if they knew how to do Russian pedicures they said yes I left crying they did nothing that a Russian pedicure required. Nothing to my cuticles and my toe nails are different lengths and shapes. I paid $85 to walk out and cry .

I love this place. I've been coming here for years. They did great on my Halloween nails. They do my Seahawks nails too, even in Cowboys nation. They have stamp cards for visits and cash pay. So you can earn double stamps!
