I have played here many times both before and after they changed 13 and 14. Its a great course and has a fantastic staff. We also need to name this Red Tailed hawk she has been videotaped and photographed by many and she keeps the squirrel population down. Maybe she is the course mascot

Iron horse never disappoints. Staff and course are always aiming for perfection. An affordable, yet challenging course and easy to navigate in/out of.

While it was dry your carts would shut off like cart path only. It made for a frustrating round of golf. It ruined everything ones round.

For the weather how it has been the course looked amazing. You would expect to see nothing but dormant grass this time of year but the greens were in good shape.

Jordan did the bestest job frying my frenchy fries. They tasted good and I even dipped them in ranch. My tummy wummy was full and I was a happy happy boy

Great layout. Great staff.Greens were very good. Yes, some of the fairways are patchy. Especially on the back. Just plan on playing "winter rules". Or consider the bad areas GUR and drop in a better area.

Canceled a tournament after I drove over an hour to get there. Wasn’t apologetic at all and said it was due to rain. After I left they sent out an email to everyone saying it was canceled. Heck their own golf coach even showed up. Every tournament I have ever played has been pre-pay, but this one was not. I’m sure they canceled because due to rain less people would show up.

So I live on this golf course and I’ve played it multiple times. The two new women that work the pro shop front desk were very rude to me when I asked to pay for only nine holes for my son and I. They told me that they only had an 18 holes rate. When my grandfather payed, they let him pay for 9 holes because he was “old”. The customer service here has gone way done hill so don’t expect anything classy out of this course.
