Too bad that giving negative stars is not an option. This location has really gone downhill since 2021.I have sold multiple times in 2021 and was very satisfied at that time. The store seemed to be professionally run and administered.Today, quite the opposite and was very unpleasant. Seller's beware! Find somewhere else! Regretfully, I recommended Clothes Mentor to friends and on the NextDoor app...will certainly need to retract my comments.So disappointed!!

I recommend that you make an itemized list of everything you are taking to sell to them. I have come with my friend who is moving out of state and needs to clean out her closets. We came 5 -6 times to sell clothing. We have noticed items were not returned to us in the bag they "passed" on. There is a phone number, but when I called it is only a recording. There is no one answering the phone, so that means that we will have to make another 20 mile trip to talk to them. The racks in their store are totally full, so they must not be selling much.

This branch of Clothes Mentor is really good. The salespeople are always friendly and willing to help if you need it. While any used clothing is hit and miss, I am amazed at the volume they turn over and always find new things every time I visit. I love the way the store is sorted by size and color which makes it very easy to browse. The store carries a lot of higher end clothing (Lululemon, Anthropologie, Chicos and more). Their designer purses are displayed behind the counter for easy viewing. They have added a glass display case with jewelry such as Kendra Scott, Brighton and more. If you visit the store Friday evening everything under $75 is 20% off. For those on a budget, this store is worth a look.

Good selection with tons of stuff. Great quality and luxury brands for a fraction of the costs of new. I regularly sell to them as well as buy from them and I’m always pleased. Unbeatable pricing!

I found this beautiful gem of a boutique, and believe it are not I've never heard of this place. I love the Staff they are very upbeat, sweet, and have excellent customer service skills. Ms. Jemi is just a down to earth, and just very informative going above to make sure you have a great shopping experience. I got these items today had no ideal they are having a 70% sale.. CHECK THEM OUT!

I sat outside while my wife spent a good while in the store. She did share her experience, which I am sharing here.She said what she loved about the store was just how well organized it is. The staff are friendly, and that has brought her back to the store time and again. She said the clearance sales are well worth it as items can be deeply discounted, think 90%! Wow!The store comes highly recommended by my wife. I'm just passing it on.

This is such a great Clothes Mentor store! They have a fantastic selection of items- clothing, jewelry, purses, shoes, boots, etc. The staff there works very hard to make sure they have the best customer service! You can tell they take great pride in their work and that they love their job!

WOW! This place is amazing! The ladies are friendly, outgoing & super cute! No fake smiles, condescending looks or haughtiness-just absolute pure delight to see ya & help ya! Loved it!! I decluttered the closet & took 2 boxes of stuff to sell. They must have “fashion police” cuz they passed on the clothes. Haha. But, they bought costume jewelry & a couple of dresses & it was nice to get a lil cash.**A friend of mine from high school actually works there & it was great seeing her! And her daughter!You’re gorgeous Tammy Wiggins!! U too, Sharee!!I give 2 thumbs up (? X2)! And recommend all declutterers to check this place out!**prolly call 1st to find out exactly what they will buy. **

Terrible customer service. You walk in nobody greets you. You leave, same thing. I didn’t hear them greet anybody the whole time. Store was quiet and moody. Never coming back.

I have purchased items twice here and I love that they have in style products! I bought one dress new with tag and a like new top! Highly recommend checking them out. The mom and daughter duo are so fun - I’ll definitely be watching their live sales!
