I walked in panicking this morning after my CPAP broke last night and I wasn’t looking forward to shipping it to the manufacturer and sleeping without it for several days. The people at Texas CPAP immediately went to work trying to solve the problem after they realized my machine wasn’t repairable. They downloaded my settings off the old machine and into a new machine and I was out the door in under 15 minutes with a new set-up and extra supplies. I have too much going on as a small business owner not to get good sleep. These people are a Godsend!! Thank you so much for being patient with me! I’ll be using Texas CPAP exclusively in the future, I suggest you do too.

I was looking for some help with an older ResMed CPAP unit to get an Compliance Report for my Texas CDL Medical Certification. I called and spoke with an associate that said if I came into their New Braunfels store, they would try to capture the device info and produce the needed support.They were able in minutes to download the data, convert it into report form and quickly gave me a print out of the report.Outstanding Customer Service to a client who had never used their services before!!!I highly recommend this team to anyone that needs equipment, parts, and services for their CPAP devices.Thanks again, Paul C.

I was visiting in the area and discovered that I had left the swivel connector from my mask to the hose at home. I spoke with Jared and he was so friendly and helpful and got me fixed up right away. Thank-you Jared!!!

The folks at Texas CPAP Supply are fantastic to work with. This was my first foray into the world of CPAP and they were very professional and extremely helpful. On top of that, they were very personable and attentive of my needs. I will be buying all of my CPAP supplies from them in the future and highly recommend them compared to others in the area that I have heard (from father in law) were terrible to deal with!
