When I started my house hunting journey (3rd house I've bought), I reached out to my usual realtor and she referred me to Eric because she was taking a sabbatical. I was nervous to work with someone new who didn't know my sense of humor when house hunting. HOWEVER, Eric exceeded my expectations. He quickly caught on to my my "weird" reviews of houses (1. hmmm, 2. well it's not horrible, 3. Huh) and knew how to navigate my craziness and help me find the perfect home. We saw a LOT of houses together and I'm grateful that he took the time to get so many houses on our lists and was extremely patient when we'd walk in a house and walk back out 3 minutes later, because it wasn't the one. Thank You, Eric, for being so patient, understanding, and gracious through the process!

His keen eye and attention to detail helped spot potential issues during the framing & final walk-throughs. Eric is absolutely AMAZING!!! I've worked with him for years, he's diligent, highly educated in the industry, and extremely trust worthy. He's continously impressed me over the years. Most importantly he takes his job very serious. Even with my high standards and limited flexibility he worked harder than I would expect from anyone! Eric is the best realtor we've ever had, hands down. We bought our first home with him in 2016 (I know...5 years ago...we're terrible clients, I told him we'd give him a great review YEARS ago). Even if you're not in the market to buy or sell, he has contacts with great people for homeowner's insurance and mortgage refinancing, even home repair and maintenance companies that come highly recommended. Eric is professional, timely, patient, and thorough. His expertise is invaluable. He has a wide array of knowledge about the San Antonio housing market and military relocation in particular. As a former military brat, I was impressed with his attention to detail, ability to think on his feet, and his willingness to and meet and exceed our expectations every time we had a request or question. I know that working with a couple that has different views on what they value in a home can be difficult, and he stuck with us and kept the peace and communication lines open to help us come to a decision after a LONG 2 (maybe 3?) month long search for a house. We bought our first home with Eric, and when it came time to protest an increase in our property taxes when the county reassessed our home, he provided great advice. He even researched comparable homes in our area, and gave me pointers for talking to the tax assessor. He was mindful of helping us decreased our tax burden while still preserving the selling points we wanted to be visible in the tax records if we ever sell our home down the line. I can't say enough good things about him, as a person, and a realtor. He is an all-around great guy who will do his best for you. My husband and I were (and still are) 100% satisfied, and we will be using him for any and all property purchases from this point forward. Just recently, he put us back in touch with our original mortgage broker that helped us when we originally bought our home. He knew that this year would be a great time to refinance, since the 2021 housing market has seen the value of our home go up by quite a bit. Call Eric if you're looking to buy or sell a home, or just need advice on when would be a good time to consider it...you won't be disappointed!

Outstanding customer service, support, and results! When my wife & I moved back to San Antonio I asked my prior Real Estate Agent to recommend someone to help us in our new home search, and after performing a thorough search (and conducting interviews), he recommended Eric.Eric has greatly exceeded our expectations. He was great at tailoring a search based on our needs and when we found what we wanted, he guided us through the offer and negotiation process. Eric sold our house during a pandemic with multiple offers above asking price with the closing date we wanted. That's not to say we didn't have some bumps in the road. We had buyers change their mind during the process but Eric had the next buyer in line immediately. He's a very proactive agent determined to take the stress out of the selling process. He was very responsive to any random question I sent him and there were a lot! I had a mutual military friend recommend him and I'm so glad!!! Let him help you, you won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend Eric to help you in purchasing or selling a home. From our first interaction, I knew he was genuine, trustworthy, and always looked out for the interest of his clients. He was always in constant communication with us and kept us informed at all times. He knew we were first time homebuyers and he was very patient and bent over backwards with any questions or concerns we had.
