Bought a lot of moneys worth of wood posts and quic Crete waited 30 minutes to be loaded and no one showed up so I went in to let them know then waited another 20 minutes I finally just asked for my money back and went somewhere else.

They have so many cool things, but they need 21at century software and desperately need to train their employees!
(Issue#1) About 5 weeks ago, we bought the top of the line chicken coup (about $1200). It was missing parts, and I had to go all the way back! The parts were bent! It was such a hassle.
(Issue#2) We ordered fencing, then realized we didn't need it. After a big headache, they refunded the money, it was never picked up.
(Issue#3) We ordered chicken wire, went in to pick it up, and were recharged for the other fencing, and it was loaded into the truck! Another trip back!
(Issue #4) When we finally got chicken wire, we got home and started the project only to find they had put much smaller type than we had paid for! Now for ANOTHER trip back.
We don't live in New Boston! It's not 10 or 15 minutes down the road! Sorry, Tractor Supply, I'm done! These issues have cost me a fortune in time, manpower, gasoline, and frustration! I'm done!!! By the way, we are still waiting on the refund for the first fencing!

This is the best tractor supply I've ever been to! I'm a disabled vet, these people treated me like royalty. They make good on what they say they're going to do! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the service is fantastic.

Raquel and Tommy are amazing!! I have been trying to put up a dog kennel and I have had so many questions. They were both so kind and patient with me. I can’t express how much I recommend coming here and how sweet they all are and how much they truly care.

John was fantastic! We had an idea of the zero-turn mower we wanted, and he helped answer all of our questions. He walked us through how it worked, what to expect with a new mower, and how to get the most out of our purchase. More, he gave us 1-on-1 attention, while still being available to other customers. The bearded (manager?) is consistently rude. 4 trips over the past month for me or one of my employees and each time he is rude. Just screamed at one of my guys waiting to pull around back to pick up large order. Someone at corporate should relieve this guy of the job he obviously HATES! Take your money to ATWOODS . It’s just a few miles up the road.

I'm a fan of tsc in general. I'm not sure I've ever had a bad experience at any of them. For whatever reason this one is the same as the others. Kudos to their management structure.
