“I was just looking around on RRCU site and came across 2 less than glowing reviews. It surprised me because we've never had a problem. We're getting a little older now and have trouble remembering everything we should know about our banking. Every time I lock myself out of our account on the computer and have to call someone to help me get back on, I couldn't ask for people to be any more helpful and pleasant than these employees. When we go into one of the locations, again the people are so nice and very helpful. I grew up in the area then moved back after 30 years. We've banked with RRCU since we've been back in the here. We trust them completely. Several years ago, we were heavily involved with a local charity. I called the bank manager to ask if they would be willing to help us provide the items for a holiday meal by paying for a turkey for each family. They did at Thanksgiving and then again at Christmas with a ham. They went far and above what I thought they would be willing to do. They blew us away by their generous spirit.
